ServiceNow ITSM consulting and implementation
Modern service desks that resolve faster, cost less to run and give you numbers you can trust. We implement, tune and run ServiceNow ITSM for enterprises in the UK, US and India.
Most ITSM estates we inherit are not broken. They are busy. Years of customisation, duplicate categories and workarounds have made every change slow and every report arguable. We fix that by getting the process model right, bringing the configuration back towards the platform's defaults, and giving the service desk tooling they actually want to use.
Whether it is a first ITSM rollout replacing an older tool, a move to ITSM Pro to switch on predictive intelligence and Otto, or an upgrade of a platform that has drifted, the work follows the same order: process, data, configuration, adoption.

IT service management: what we do for you
Our approach
What changes
- Faster resolution, with incidents classified and routed from CMDB and knowledge rather than guesswork
- A catalog and request process that cuts fulfilment time and approval chasing
- Reports and SLAs that leadership trusts, because the data behind them is clean
- A platform that upgrades without drama, twice a year
Questions we get asked
How long does a ServiceNow ITSM implementation take?
A focused core (incident, request, knowledge, change) for a single organisation typically takes 12 to 16 weeks from kickoff to go-live. Multi-entity rollouts, data migrations and integration-heavy estates take longer. We give you a dated plan after a two-week assessment, not before.
We already have ServiceNow ITSM. Can you help us fix it rather than reimplement?
Yes, and that is most of our ITSM work. We start with a platform health scan: customisations, upgrade blockers, data quality, process adherence and adoption. The output is a prioritised remediation plan. Reimplementation is rarely the answer.
Is ITSM Pro worth it?
If you have the volume and the data, usually. Predictive intelligence needs a few thousand well-categorised incidents to learn from, and Otto needs decent knowledge articles. We assess both before recommending the upgrade, and we will say no if the data is not there yet.
Do you support ITSM after go-live?
Yes. Our managed services team provides L2 and L3 support, release management and continuous improvement under tiered packages, with 24x7 monitoring where you need it.
What is Flow by ServiceNow, and is it right for us?
Flow is ServiceNow's standalone AI service desk, launched in October 2026. It lives in Slack and Teams, needs no implementation project and can be running in a day. It suits teams that have no service desk tool yet, business functions outside IT, and subsidiaries that will not get a full ITSM rollout. It is not a replacement for a governed ITSM estate with a CMDB, change control and SLAs. We help you pick which requests go to Flow, how they escalate into ITSM, and what to check before switching it on. Our article on Flow by ServiceNow covers the detail.
