Do the ServiceNow work worth talking about
We are 65 and growing, across the UK, US and India. The work is ITOM on national-scale estates, agentic AI on real data and platforms that banks and telecoms depend on. If that sounds better than another ITSM reskin, talk to us.

What it is like
Questions candidates ask
Do you sponsor visas?
Not at the moment for UK roles. We hire people with the right to work in the country the role is based in. India-based roles are hired locally in Gurugram.
Are roles remote?
Most consulting roles are remote with travel to client sites when a project needs it, typically a few days a month. Some public-sector work requires UK-based staff on site more often, and the advert will say so.
What certifications do you expect?
At least the Certified System Administrator for any consulting role, and Certified Implementation Specialist for the workflow you will work in. We fund certifications and give study time, so what matters more is evidence you can deliver.
What does the process look like?
A conversation with a practice lead, a technical discussion on a real problem from your experience, then a final conversation about the role and the offer. Two to three weeks from application to decision when calendars allow.
No matching role? Tell us what you do.
Experienced ServiceNow consultants, architects and ITOM specialists are always worth a conversation.
