How we contract for services
- Statement of work. Every engagement has a signed statement of work describing scope, deliverables, team, timeline, acceptance and price. Changes go through a written change control.
- Master services agreement. Customers who work with us repeatedly usually sign a master services agreement, and we will work under your paper where you need us to.
- Managed services. Support packages are defined by service levels, hours and scope in a schedule to the agreement, with monthly reporting.
- Products. OneCloud and ITSM Connectors are licensed under a product licence agreement.
- Data protection. Where we process personal data for you, a data processing agreement forms part of the contract. Our privacy policy and security and trust pages describe our practices.
- Confidentiality. We treat everything we learn about your organisation during an engagement as confidential, and we will sign your NDA before detailed discussions.
- Insurance. We hold professional indemnity, public liability and employer's liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.
- Governing law. Unless agreed otherwise, our contracts are governed by the law of England and Wales.
