Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website. This statement covers intelibliss.com and sets out how accessible it is, what we are still fixing and how to tell us about a problem.

Last updated 16 October 2026

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site was rebuilt in 2026 with accessibility built into the design system rather than added afterwards.

What you should be able to do

  • Navigate the whole site with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator on every link, button and form field, and a skip link to the main content.
  • Read text at up to 200% zoom without losing content, and use the site at phone width without horizontal scrolling.
  • Use a screen reader: pages use proper headings, landmarks, labelled forms and descriptive link text. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Switch between light and dark themes. Colour contrast in both meets WCAG AA, and the site follows your operating system preference by default.
  • Turn off motion: if your device has reduced motion enabled, animations, parallax and auto-rotating panels are switched off.
  • Pause moving content: logo rails pause when you hover over them, and the hero examples can be selected manually.

Known limitations

  • Some older articles in our archive contain screenshots of ServiceNow screens where the text in the image is not fully reproduced in the surrounding text. We are adding descriptions as we review them.
  • PDF documents linked from older articles may not be fully accessible. Ask us for an accessible version.
  • Customer and partner logos are shown as images with the company name as alternative text, but not the full wordmark styling.

Testing

The site is checked with automated tools (axe and Lighthouse) on each build and tested manually with keyboard navigation, browser zoom and VoiceOver on macOS and iOS. We review this statement when we change the site.

Tell us about a problem

If you find something you cannot use, or need content in another format, email info@intelibliss.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line, or phone +44 800 975 0157. We will reply within five working days and fix what we can.

Enforcement

If you are in the UK and are not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). Public sector bodies that use this site in their procurement can request evidence of our testing.
