ServiceNow Security Operations and IRM
Respond faster and prove compliance, with risk built into every workflow. We implement Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response and IRM on a CMDB that tells you what is actually exposed.
Security tooling produces more findings than any team can act on. ServiceNow's value is prioritisation: a vulnerability on a server that runs the payments service is not the same as one on a test box, and only a CMDB with service context can tell the difference. That is why our SecOps work starts with the data.
On the risk side, IRM gives you one register for risks, controls, policies and audits, with evidence collected from the platform rather than chased by email.

SecOps and IRM: what we do for you
Our approach
What changes
- Vulnerabilities prioritised by the business service they expose, not by CVSS alone
- Security incidents enriched automatically and worked through consistent playbooks
- A risk and control register with evidence collected from the platform
- Audit preparation measured in days rather than weeks
Questions we get asked
Does ServiceNow replace our SIEM or scanners?
No. It sits on top of them. Scanners find vulnerabilities, the SIEM raises alerts, and ServiceNow prioritises, assigns, tracks and reports the response using the CMDB for business context.
We are a public-sector or regulated organisation. Can you work with our security requirements?
Yes. We are ISO 27001:2022 certified, our consultants are UK-based where required, and we are used to security questionnaires, supplier assurance and clearance requirements. Our trust page sets out our controls.
