Modern slavery statement

This statement is made in the spirit of section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Intelibliss takes to make sure slavery and human trafficking do not take place in our business or our supply chain.

Last updated 16 October 2026

Our business

Intelibliss Ltd is a ServiceNow consulting, implementation, managed services and software company registered in England and Wales, with staff in the United Kingdom, the United States and India. Our services are delivered by our own employees and contractors working on customer ServiceNow platforms. Our supply chain is short and consists mainly of cloud hosting, software subscriptions, professional services and office services.

Our position

We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced labour or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain. We expect the same of everyone we work with.

Our people

  • Everyone who works for us has a written contract, is paid at or above the legal minimum in their country, and is free to leave with notice.
  • We verify identity and right to work for every hire and never retain identity documents.
  • Contractors are engaged directly or through agencies we have assessed, on terms we have reviewed.
  • Staff can raise concerns in confidence with a director or through our whistleblowing route without fear of reprisal.

Our supply chain

  • We assess suppliers before onboarding, including their own modern slavery and ethical statements where they are required to publish them.
  • Our principal suppliers are established technology companies with published modern slavery statements, which we review.
  • We include a requirement to comply with applicable anti-slavery law in our standard supplier terms.

Risk assessment

Given the nature of our work, the skills profile of our workforce and the suppliers we use, we assess the risk of modern slavery in our business and direct supply chain as low. We keep this under review, particularly for any new country of operation or new category of supplier.

Training and awareness

Directors and those responsible for hiring and procurement are briefed on modern slavery risk and on how to recognise and report concerns.
