The role
You will join the practice that built our reputation. The work is ITOM on large, regulated estates: Discovery across data centres and cloud, Service Mapping for the services that matter, Event Management on top of the client’s monitoring tools, and multi-cloud provisioning with ITOM OneCloud and our own OneCloud product.
You will be on client projects from the start, usually two at a time, working with an architect and a project lead. Remote by default, with travel to client sites in the UK and Europe when a project needs it, typically a few days a month.
What we need
- Four or more years on the ServiceNow platform, with hands-on ITOM or Cloud Management delivery. This is essential.
- The Certified Implementation Specialist for ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping or Event Management) or Cloud Management. CSA as a minimum, CIS strongly preferred.
- Experience through the full lifecycle: analysis, design, build, test and promotion to production.
- Integration experience with REST and SOAP, and a working knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP or VMware.
- A programming background (JavaScript on the platform, and Java or similar before that helps).
- Solid ITIL knowledge and the ability to run a workshop with an operations team.
- Comfortable working on more than one engagement and adapting as requirements change.
What helps
- Experience with MID Server architecture, credentials and network segmentation on enterprise estates.
- Terraform or cloud-native provisioning experience.
- Exposure to Health Log Analytics, Metric Intelligence or Service Reliability Management.
- Public-sector or financial-services delivery experience.

Practicalities
We can hire this role as permanent or contract. You will need the right to work in the UK; we are not able to sponsor visas for this role at present. Some client work requires UK-based staff and may require security clearance, which we will support where the project needs it.
