London, 14 May 2024. VNG Group and NV Digital have invested in Intelibliss, acquiring a majority stake in the company. Intelibliss is a London based, pure-play ServiceNow Premier Partner and one of the faster growing ServiceNow consultancies in Europe. The investment supports the next stage of our growth and a larger footprint in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Intelibliss will continue to operate independently under its current leadership once the deal closes.
About the investment
Intelibliss was founded in 2019 and is based in London, with offices in the US and India. Since then we’ve built a consulting, implementation and managed services practice around the ServiceNow platform, working with customers across several industries on digital transformation and workflow automation. We serve customers in three regions: Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), the Americas, and Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ).
To keep pace with the ServiceNow ecosystem we needed to grow in both size and reach, and to do it in a way that benefits our customers and our people. VNG Group and NV Digital bring the capital and the network to support the founding team in accelerating growth in our existing markets, widening our technical capability, and getting more out of the platform for our customers.
From the start we concentrated on three things: adopting the right platform, building the right partnerships and developing the right skills. We run our own operations on ServiceNow, we’ve helped customers move their workloads to the cloud, and we’ve built relationships with all the major cloud providers. That groundwork is what made the company attractive to an investor, and it’s what the investment will build on.

Beyond shared values, the two companies have complementary offerings. Intelibliss brings depth in ServiceNow and cloud services with a cloud-first way of working. VNG Group and NV Digital bring a broader software services business, an international customer base and the experience of scaling delivery teams.
