ITSM Connectors

Tickets that flow both ways, without re-keying

Your suppliers, managed service providers and customers run their own ITSM tools. ITSM Connectors keep ServiceNow and those tools in sync, so an update made on either side appears on the other within seconds, with the SLA clock intact.

Multi-supplier operating models fail on the handoffs. A P1 raised in ServiceNow is emailed to a supplier, re-keyed into their tool, and updated by phone. Nobody can prove when the clock started. ITSM Connectors replace that with a configured, monitored integration on each supplier relationship.

Each connector handles field mapping, state and priority translation, comment and attachment sync, and conflict rules when both sides change the same record. Monitoring shows every message, and reconciliation reports show anything that drifted.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Which tools do ITSM Connectors support?

Zendesk, Jira Service Management, BMC Helix, Freshservice and ServiceNow-to-ServiceNow out of the box, plus a generic REST and email pattern for supplier tools without an API we already cover.

What is synchronised?

Ticket creation, state, priority, assignment, work notes and comments, attachments and SLA milestones, in both directions. Field mapping is configured per connector, and each side keeps its own numbering.

What happens when the other side is down?

Messages queue and retry with backoff, failures are visible on a monitoring dashboard, and nothing is silently lost. Reconciliation reports show any ticket out of sync.
